For our European customers Free standard airmail is offered with all orders over £60 with an option to upgrade to recorded airmail for just £1.99, Recorded airmail is offered free with all orders over £100

Orders outside of Europe

Unfortunately we do not currently ship to customers outside Europe. If you live outside the UK and are interested by our products, please contact us as we may be able to refer you to a reputable local supplier.

Returns

Unfortunately due to the nature of the products we offer we are unable to accept returns. Customer satisfaction is very important to us so if there are any issues with your order we will always endeavour to rectify them.

Considerations

Please ensure that someone will be available to collect your order, as it may require a signature on arrival, if you are not in you will have to arrange an alternative delivery date with our courier or collect from their depot.

We pride ourselves on our unbeatable delivery service and do make every effort to ensure your order reaches you in the listed timescales, however there are sometimes instances outside of our control that can cause shipments to be delayed this includes inspection by customs and acts of nature/God, Tracking information can be provided and we will always do our best to locate lost packages but unfortunately once the order has left our UK depot it is outside of our control.
